Urban Scenes

Having grown up and lived most my life in East London I am privileged to share my stomping ground with some of the great street photographers of all time from David Bailey to Dorothy Bolm. The appeal to street photography in London and the East End is the people and the diversity of cultures. All of life can be witnessed in this global city.
Living in the city it is hard to avoid the impacts of humans. Some of the signs are distinctly human from the market stalls and places of work to the street art and posters on the city walls. Some city scenes are less urban in appearance from the city parks to the urban wildlife that inhabits them. Each scene has a unique story to tell about life in the city.
